Educators understand the power of collaboration in the classroom - students coming together to discuss ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another. In this spirit, we have created the start&SPACES™ Educational Leadership Series, a small group mentorship program designed to provide an open forum for collaboration among emerging school leaders. Join other beginning and experienced superintendents as you cultivate leadership skills and discuss current challenges facing the educational community.

The start&SPACES™ Educational Leadership Series is composed of three distinct programs. start™ is for first and second year superintendents, start PLUS™ is for superintendents with at least two years of experience, and SPACES™ is for those anticipating a building program. Each of these programs will be organized under the guidance of a former superintendent with decades of experience in the field of education. Other professionals will be available to provide oversight and to mentor on an individual basis as you continue to develop your skills as a superintendent of schools.
