Educators understand the power of collaboration in the classroom - students coming together to discuss ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another. In this spirit, we have created the start&SPACES™ Educational Leadership Series, a small group mentorship program designed to provide an open forum for collaboration among emerging school leaders. Join other beginning and experienced superintendents as you cultivate leadership skills and discuss current challenges facing the educational community.

The start&SPACES™ Educational Leadership Series is composed of three distinct programs. start™ is for first and second year superintendents, and SPACES™ is for those anticipating a building program. Each of these programs will be organized under the guidance of a former superintendent with decades of experience in the field of education. Other professionals will be available to provide oversight and to mentor on an individual basis as you continue to develop your skills as a superintendent of schools.

INTRODUCING TRUSTteam™

start&SPACES™ is excited to introduce our pilot TRUSTteam™ Leadership Program designed specifically for first term board members. Similar to start&SPACES™, TRUSTteam™ will provide opportunities for first term board members to increase their effectiveness by meeting and reflecting on the challenges and demands of their elected positions. Led by experienced board members, TRUSTteam™ will help to quickly develop and solidify a trusted, cohesive school board/superintendent team to lead your district.
