With 37 years of experience in education, Bill served 16 years as a Superintendent for districts in Ohio and Michigan; most recently at Dexter Community Schools. After retiring in 2005, he started Bill Spargur Consulting, Inc. and created the successful start&SPACES, startPLUS, SPACES and TRUSTteam Educational Leadership Programs. Dr. Coale served as a school board president, building principal, district technology director, HR professional, adjunct professor at Spring Arbor University and superintendent of schools for Western school district.
